An office remodel project that was designed in-house, we demolished an existing office and strategically installed a mezzanine to amplify interior office space without altering the building's exterior footprint. This approach minimized the financial impact of the remodel while increasing the maximum employee occupancy capabilities of the space by over 4x.

With careful planning, the mezzanine was safely integrated over an adjacent business while avoiding closures to operations throughout the duration of the project. The renovated space now includes offices, cubicles for temporary workstations, conference rooms, break area equipped for food preparation and storage, and even a golf simulator, enriching both client and employee experiences.
